The plates shown in these galleries are intended to spark your imagination. Use them as a starting point for your custom plate or platter design. If you see a platter or plate that is exactly what you want, click the "order now" button. You will then we walked through the order process.

I see a plate I like, but want to make some changes. Can I do that?
Of course you can! If you like the theme of a platter, but want to make some changes, click the "custom design" button. You will then be walked through the order process.

I don't see a platter with the design I need, can you customize it for me?
We'd love to! Please contact us. Tell us what you're looking for and we'll work up a brand new design for your hand painted collectible at no extra charge!

How long does an order take?
Our artisan handles each order with care and dedication. Once an order is received and processed, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.

What method of shipping do you use and how much does it cost?
We ship our personalized platters and plates via UPS standard ground delivery. The shipping cost for 1 plate or platter is $12.95. For each additional item, add $5.00. Rush order? Contact us for more information.

Is the platter or plate safe for use with food?
Prolonged contact with food is NOT recommended. Our hand painted plates are unique in that the paint is not kiln fired, but baked onto the porcelain. It is a beautifully raised design, generally for display only. Our serving platters and plates, with the customized design just along the rim, are fine to use when food is set on the non-painted surface. We recommend when you want to use a platter or plate with painted design in your serving area, that you cover the plate with saran wrap or a doily. Hand wash only.

Which Credit Cards are accepted?
We accept MasterCard and VISA. Our shopping cart system uses a Secure Server to collect your personal information. Your information is used strictly to process the payment and is not used or shared in any other way.

Can I pay via phone or fax instead?

If we're unable to take your call, feel free to leave your name and number and we'll get back to quickly. What is your Return Policy?
We guarantee our hand painted custom gift platters and plates to be beyond your satisfaction. Double and triple check the spelling and dates on your order before you submit it to us. If there is an error due to an oversight on our part, the order will be remade and shipped to you at no charge.
